This community-scale mixed-use hub serves as both a neighborhood and a community ‘anchor’ and destination, that incorporates and ‘Main Street’ design concept, and includes a concentration of employment, commercial and community services, civic activities, residential uses, as well as public gathering spaces and a high-quality design and character for the private and public realms. The entire Precinct is intended to be the focal point of the Booth neighborhood as well as the broader community of Brookswood-Fernridge and the rural surrounds.
